She carries this work forward through DKN Collective, a social enterprise housing her personal brand services, including expert writing, public speaking, digital content creation, healthcare consulting, and brand partnerships.
Her authentic leadership philosophy is guided by Intelligence, Integrity, and Innovation—her Third I Vision™—which she has embodied through academic and professional excellence. A first-generation college graduate, she earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Emory University. At Yale School of Medicine, she achieved all clinical honors, was named a Joseph Collins Foundation Scholar, led as president of the Student National Medical Association chapter, and received the Cortlandt Van Rensselaer Creed Award for academic achievement and servant leadership. She completed the NIH-funded Physician Researcher Initiative Fellowship and the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics, and co-authored Entrepreneurship for Social Change, contributing her medical thesis research on women’s health social enterprises. She also earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was both a Social Enterprise and Rock (Entrepreneurship) Fellow.
Beyond her professional roles, Dr. Kilgore-Nolan is a wife, homeschool mom, and world traveler living her HAPPIest life—rooted in the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23) and filled with health, authenticity, passion, purpose, and innovation. She enjoys writing, listening to gospel music and 80’s R&B, dancing, and spending time with God, her husband, their son, and their extended family and friends. Born, raised, and now based in metro-Atlanta, Georgia, she carries forward her major in and love of anthropology through traveling, learning languages, and experiencing different cultures.
