About

Dr. Marquita Kilgore-Nolan, MD, MBA is an adversity-bred, Ivy League–educated, and mission-centered physician entrepreneur specializing in healthcare innovation and personal systems for optimizing health, leadership, and life. Her career and calling were reshaped after being diagnosed with cancer while serving as a resident physician during the COVID-19 pandemic. Overcoming such challenges forged resilience, deepened her character, and ignited her passion for empowering underdog leaders to succeed despite adversity.

As a physician innovator, Dr. Kilgore-Nolan (DKN) is Founder and CEO of Practicine™, an agentic AI platform that connects personalized clinical learning and healthcare training compliance. Her clinical focus includes preventive and lifestyle medicine, while her research explores preventive health strategies for high-impact leaders and the role of community leaders in advancing public health. She is equally committed to mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals and expanding pathways for high-impact and authentic servant leaders to serve underserved communities.
